The Problem

Litter is being blown and dropped along our roads and places of business.  This gives a horrible impression of our Laramie community that doesn't accurately reflect our love and pride of Laramie and nature.

From there, litter is blown into natural areas nearby.

It gets stuck in bushes, grasses and shrubs.

It also gets stuck on fences.
Ultimately, the litter ends up in our watershed as pollution and microplastics, where it has a negative effect on macroinvertebrates and larger birds, fish and mammals.  It also ruins landscapes and recreational areas, like the Pilot Hill parcel.
